I would have to go with The Half Blood Prince!.
Lol!. I like Ron and Hermione better too!. Haha!.

But I'm not going to tell you anything except that most of the romance is in the Half Blood Prince and Deathly Hallow (Deathly Hallows have lots of moments between Ron + Hermione!. But I'm not going to tell you what they do or whatever, I don't wanna spoil it for you! So go read them!!!!! Now!!!! :D

Probably The Half Blood Prince, book six!. Before that, there was Ron/Hermione tension (pretty much every book had Ron/Hermione tension), but in The Half Blood Prince, it became totally obvious that they were going to get together!. And before HBP, Harry/Ginny consisted of Ginny having a crush on Harry and Harry being slightly uncomfortable with her!. He only started feeling anything back in HBP!.
And The Deathly Hallows, I think, focused too much on the battle ahead to really focus on romance!. Of course, they all end up together in DH, so you could say that it had the most romance, with the cheesy epilogue and all!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

R/H show romance through their fights from the 2nd book onwards
but their romance really blossom in the 6th and 7th book but they have many tension between them too!.

H/G as we know Ginny has crush on Harry from her first year but their romance blossom in 6th book but at the end of the book Harry ditch their relationship because he does not want Voldy to know about Ginny!.In 7th book though they have kissed but then that's not the fully fledged romance!.

I love the romance of Ron and Hermione much than Harry and Ginny

Book 6 has the most Ron/Hermione tension, but the 7th is the one that has the most romance between the two!.

As for Harry and Ginny, I'd say it's a mixture of both the 6th and the 7th!. In the 6th, they kiss and go out!. In the 7th, they go a few months without seeing each other, but end up married in the end!. So both books focus on their relationship to an extent!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
