I would hang out with Alice cuz she would make a really good shopping partner!. also, I know she & I can throw a great party together with all the Cullens & other people from the high school there!. I don't know!. Maybe Bella, because she's a really interesting character!. And she must be really weirded out, you know, by being in love with a vampire and all!. So it would be interesting to see what she would really say about that!. Or maybe Edward, mostly for the same reason- only that last part switched backwards!. But, and I know this isn't exactly in your question!. But it would be really cool to meet Stephenie Meyer!. These are my top priorities:

Jacob: He really is a sun!. And i'd probably go to him whenever I feel down knowing that he'll have some way to cheer me up!. With his witty comments, sincere thoughts, and the way that he always seems to make Bella forget all her troubles with just a couple of jokes, seems like it can work for me when im depressed!. ^-^

Edward: Why not!? He the kind of ideal person who will stay loyal to you no matter what!. Even though he's cold, there is some life and warmth in him!. I'd spend my day with him because he too can make me forget my worries with just one sincere look from his golden eyes!.

Alice: She's such a happy-go-lucky person!. Her and Jake could brighten my day any day! I'd spend a day with her so that we can go shopping and hang out and the call it a day!. Her happiness will probably rub off and i'd like for her to also cheer up my spirits!.

Emmet: *had to put him here* A day with him will be a guaranteed blast! We'd probably spend the day joking around and pulling pranks on people!. That would be a pretty cool day!.
