Question: Title of a gothic/Victorian ghost story!?

What's the title of the ghost story about a man who falls in love with a mysterious woman who's always wearing a ribbon/choker around her neck!? He later find out that she's actually dead and when he takes the ribbon off, her head falls off!? (she was beheaded)Www@QuestionHome@Com
