Question: Need help with character name!?

Okay, so I'm thinking of writing a story!.!.!. and I need a name for my female protagonist!.!.!. she's someone who graduates from college and eventually makes it big in the business world!.!.!. I need a name that isn't overly used but is still nice!.!.!. I need a first and last name!.!.!.!. please help me out!Www@QuestionHome@Com

The name is the easy part for me but it is hard to come up with one for someone else, especially since I don't know what kind of names you like!. I like very traditional names but I write in a different genre!. For your story, it would also help to know the setting, especially the when part as some names were more popular in different points of history than others!.

If the setting is present day, I would steer clear of first names like:
Stephany
Amanda
Jennifer
And other very common names!. You're looking for a name for a strong female protagonist, trying to make it in a male world, which should also influence your decision!. Her name should be feminine but firm!. also, not overly common or over the top!.To me, that name is:

Caitlin Corrier

But I didn't put any thought into that name!. I just randomly chose it!. When you write something, type your characters' names over and over!. Make sure they don't annoy you!. Make sure the spelling isn't too hard to pronounce and it doesn't annoy others!. If it does, try, try again!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
