car crash
cancer or her having cancer and she is in that vital 5 year thing (when if it doesn't return after 5 years you are fine!. that thing, you get what i mean!?) and then she has to go back just before hitting the 5 years and then she dies after like a month of something!.
her being stabbed on the way home, or whilst she is out
her slipping out the shower and hitting her head really hard and the shock making her die
she dies in her sleep
she is a good person and dies of a big heartWww@QuestionHome@Com

Some sort of accident, like a plane or car crash
A disease (those normally take a long time, though)
Maybe fall off of a cliff while hiking
Get shot by a robber

She could be really stressed out and getting little sleep!. When she goes to a train station (maybe to pick someone up!?) she's extremely exhausted!. As the front of the train speeds to the platform, she falls down and then BAM hit by the train!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

She is wandering in a bridleway by some fields when suddenly an out of control horse comes out of nowhere and she screams making the horse buck and eventually trample her!.

She gets pushed out of a window by a psychopath!?Www@QuestionHome@Com

cancer (discovered in late stage)
car accident/ airplane crash

Car crash, Accident, Murdered, Aneurysm, Killed in battle/war!.

also - just have her leave - becomes a Nun, travel abroad, marry someone else, Www@QuestionHome@Com

I'd say something tragic and unexpected!.
An accident of some sort would be best!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
