agnostic writers?

Question: What are some atheist/agnostic writers!?

ok I don't want to hear about Richard Dawkins or Sam Harris because everyone knows about them!. I want to hear about other atheist/agnostic writers that have written about other things besides religion!.

I know Philip Pullman is an atheist and he wrote the "his dark materials" books!. So I'd like to find other atheist/agnostic authors who have written about other things as well!. Thanks!. Www@QuestionHome@Com

Douglas Adams, friend of Dawkins, wrote quite a few detective novels as well as the Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy!. There's quite a few more Camus, Asimov, and Vonnegut the two later being humanists!. I'm sure I could come up with some more but its late and my brain doesn't feel like working!.
