Question: Question about "The Interlopers" by Saki!?
Why doesn't Georg consider himself a poacher when he hunts in the forest!?

I can't figure out this question!.!.!.I've read the story like 10 times and still nothing!. :/

Because his family was in control of the land years earlier (like in his grandfather's time) and lost control as the result of a decision of a court in a lawsuit!. George's family never thought the decsiion was right, and wouldn't accept it!. Therefore George thought the land rightfully his, and did not think of himself as a poacher!. (A poacher is a hunter without the right to hunt on the land!.)Www@QuestionHome@Com
