Well let's compare them:

Harry Potter: Extremely well written, good characters, every little detail well thought out!. Thoroughly enjoyable that all ages (and all sexes) can read!.

Twilight: Not very well written, but good story!. Character details not particularly spectacular!. However, one can't help but fall in love with Edward!. Book aimed at teenagers, especially girls!. Guys not really interested in reading them!.

Well there's my opinion!. Harry Potter for the win! However, Twilight gets a clap!.

I'm so tired of hearing about Twilight and whether it's better than the Harry Potter books!.

They are two totally separate things and both are EXCELLENT in their own ways!. They don't have to be compared to be valid!. One doesn't have to be better than the other -- literature isn't like that!

I don't know or care which is "better!." Neither is!. Both are very good!

But if you want real fantasy, with elements of magic and horror, read Tolkien's Lord of the Rings trilogy!. Far superior to the movies, which were excellent, too!Www@QuestionHome@Com

To be honest , I don't like the whole war that has being going on , between the HP and the Twilight fans!. In my opinion, that's a childish game!. People tend to compare them , because of publicity and popularity!. If Twilight hasn't been overrated and popular , like it's now, I doubt that people would even bother to compare them!.
I'm saying this from the Twilight's aspect , because I find the Twilight books simply atrocious!.

However!. My choice is Harry Potter!. These series are
merely excellent and brilliant!. One of my all time favorite books , which deserve their success!.
Based on this, HP gets my vote!.

GO Harry!! I don't see why there is a war, I mean come on there are 6 HP movies (so far) and 7 Books!. Beat that!. This war stuff makes me not want to read twilight at all!. At first I wanted to but some people can be turn offs!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
