Gone With the Wind by Margrete Mitchell

It's a romance that takes place way back when!. The beginning of the book starts with the female protagonist!. She's in love with the guy named Ashley and she thinks he loves her, but she finds out that he's marrying his cousin!. She goes to this party and confesses her love for him, he turns her down, this other guy sees her and finds her amusing and such!. So, throughout the book, the main character makes a lot of stinky decisions and hurts a lot of people, stuff like that!. She's selfish, greedy, hateful, arrogant!. She knows she's beautiful and has the best of charms!. She uses it to get what she wants and who she wants(except Ashley, of course)!. Throughout the book, her and the guy from the party are friends and the readers want them to get together!. We hate the girl all through the book, but we like her kind of because we understand why she does what she does!.

It's an amazing book with a wonderful plot and all!. Based on your description of what you wanted, this book is EXACTLY what you wanted(except the main character is a girl!. Third person though)!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
