It doesn't!.

But, when you maintain a daily journal, or blog, you tend to write often, which give you the chance to improve your writing!. You also have the benefit of feedback from your readers, so you know when you've struck a chord!.

Journals are a wonderful tool for writers, allowing them to clear their heads before they take on a topic or theme!.
