To slightly correct the other answerer, Jacob gives Bella the bracelet in Eclipse (with the hand carved wooden wolf) and Edward just adds the heart-shaped diamond to the existing bracelet!. The bracelet itself is a metal chain!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

It is a bracelet Jacob gave her with a wolf charm carved out of wood!.
Later on in the book, Edward gives her a bracelet with a heart carved out of diamond!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

It's just a plain dilver-link charm bracelet!. He put a carved wood wolf charm on it and later, Edward gives her a heart shaped diamond charm (she doesn't know it's a diamond)Www@QuestionHome@Com
