The picture is of a small paper pocket that libraries used to use to keep a borrowing ticket inside!. The library would keep the borrowing ticket when patrons checked the book out, recording on it the name of the library patron, their card number and the date the book was due to be returned to the library!. In most parts of the world this system was obsolete by the mid 1990s!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

I don't really think it has a name!. It's just used to put your check out slips in so you know when to bring it back and who took it out before you!. Www@QuestionHome@Com
