Question: Breaking Dawn-Bella's Difficult Labour!?
In the chapter where Bella begins to give birth to her and Edward's daughter, Carisle is called by either Rosalie of Edward, for help in delivering the baby over the phone!. They perform a c-section on Bella to deliver the baby!. Are both Rosalie and Edward very smart and trust worthy for Carisle!? Do they know what they're are doing even if Carisle isn't there!? Afterward, Rosalie thirsts for Bella's blood when doing the c-section/witnessing it that Jacob shoves her away from Bella, breaking the ear piece!. Since Carisle is no longer able to communicate with them, did Edward just resort to doing whatever he could to save Bella!?
I hope this isn't confusing :) HELP! It's just a tad confusing!. Any help would be greatttt!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Well, it's not like they don't know what they're doing!. And I think Carlisle would really trust them, even though he'd prefer to do it himself, since he has centuries' worth of experience!. But anyways, back to Edward and Rosalie!. They actually know what they're doing because they've been to med school before (Edward - twice, Rosalie - once; to keep Carlisle up-to-date)!. So technically they have the theoretical knowledge - just lacking practice, but hey, it's better than nothing!

A!. Yes, they’ve all been through college several times, and they’ve studied a wide array of subjects!. They don’t always finish a degree–it doesn’t take them four years to master a subject, so they usually learn what they want and then move on!. Edward has studied many languages, and he’s been through medical school twice–this helps Carlisle keep current without having to neglect his practice!.

Edward says later in Breaking Dawn, that Emmett teases him for being the smartest, saying that he just knows everything from reading peoples minds, but he has studied the most sciences and learned the most languages and is the best musician in the family!. He never had a lover, so he had plenty of time for studying is what it boils down to!. Personally, I assume Edward knows enough to at least be a family doctor, so he would know how to deliver a baby!.

After reading Breaking Dawn, I never touched it again and put it up for sale!. So I don't really remember all the details of Bella's violent birthing scene!.
I do remember a bit!. Bella's dying and Jacob helps Edward by giving Bella CPR!. But it doesn't really help Bella because she's already a bled-out, mangled corpse!. Her lips were blue!. Edward shoved Jacob's hand out of the way and plunged the syringe full of his venom into Bella's heart!. Then he bit her in various places!. That was the beginning of Bella's transformation!.

I think both Edward and Rosalie are good for the job, Rosalie feels she HAS to let the baby be born, killing it will ruin everything, and edward of course is madly in love with bella so he has to keep her alive! Therefore, they will not dare mess up :]

I think they know what they're doing!. Edward loves Bella a lot!. He would do anything to save her!. So unless he knows what he's doing, I'd say he wouldn't do anything!. He wouldn't want Bella to die!.
And it's pretty much in Bella's perspective afterward, so I don't know what happened!.!.!. except Edward was there, and Rosalie ran out of the room!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
First of all, it's Carlisle Cullen not 'Carisle'!!! Get that right first before you ask any questions! TQ! For ur question, i think Edward probobly read Carlisle mind, and Carlisle knowing that Edward can read his mind, taught him in each step of the way in saving Bella's life!.!. so, it doesn't matter if the ear piece was broken or not!.!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
edward has studied medicine a fair bit with carlisle and in his spare time so he has some idea what he's doing!. obviously its different seeing as its a vampire/human kid but its gotta be reasonably the same!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
