Question: What to name my character!.!.!.!?
So I was originally going to call the girl character in my story Annabela, because I love that name, but I don't think it fits what's playing in my head!. The summary of the story is that former Annabela is living abandoned in a wood in Canada, and she meets a guy named Nathan, and they fall in love, and they go to save Annabela's mother who had been missing for five years and all along the way their relationship grows!. I want to change Annabela's name, and her description is very logical, sweet, and *caring*!!! What should I name her; any ideas!?!?!?Www@QuestionHome@Com

If I were you I would keep the name Annabella as her birth name and give her the nickname Anna!. It's short and sweet, and makes me think of a logical, caring, sweet character!.
You could always place it somewhere in the story during a plot point!. Say Nathan asks her something about her mother, her birth, or the origin of her name and she mentions that her birth name is Annabella!. This way you can keep the name you love but also prevent her from sounding overly dramatic!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
In the story I'm writing I try to describe the character in one word, then I use a name that sounds like that word!.
Logan (logical), Zea (sweet), Karen (Caring), Shannon (abandoned)!?
The name will mean more to you if you make it up yourself!.
