Period blood is dead blood, and so it's not as 'attractive' as regular human blood!. As with anything, the Cullens have just learned to 'deal with it', per say!. They are used to be around good-smelling humans, but have learned to restrain themselves!. So, when a girl is on her period, it probably doesn't make a difference, because it's dead blood, and they are used to resisting!. Hope this helped!
