Question: Is the Twilight series okay for an 11 year old!?

Okay so my little sister is reading Twilight, well she finished it, but she is reading New Moon and I was wondering do you think it is appropriate for her!? My friends have read and they say it is kind of "mature", but my sister is really mature, and all so i'm not sure!. Her teachers recommended it to her!.!.!.!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

i don't think it suits her!.
the novel should be read by people who are a bit mature and more exposed to the world!.
