We have cookies Angel_UWww@QuestionHome@Com Girls go crazy over it because Edward,the vampire,is everything that a person could want in someone they fall for but what most girls don't understand is that there isn't going to be a guy like that in the world anywhere because Edward is too perfect!. I am not just saying this because I don't like The Twilight series because I do and I am a huge fan I just understand why they feel this way!. I tend to look more to the Jacob types because you are more likely to find a guy like him!Www@QuestionHome@Com girls like it for two reasons!. 1!. Bella is an every man that any girl can put herself into the story through 2!. Edward is absolutely perfect in their eyes and it's easy to imagine themselves with him BECAUSE bella is an every man character!. Edward is 'perfect' because he is strong, fast, protective and supernatural, but he's also kind, thoughtful, smart and caring!. That plus the fact that he is infatuated with an 'average nobody' gives them hope for their own fantasy romances!. Every girl secretly harbors her own fantasies about a relationship with someone out of the ordinary!. don't worry about it, it's a fad, and will soon pass, like the Harry Potter obsessions!.!.!.Www@QuestionHome@Com I think the characters have a lot of personality!. Other than Edward and Bella, I love Alice!. I am also 23 and have read a lot of books including the classics and I really love Twilight!. I think the books were well-written, if you don't like the theme of them, that's a different story!.Www@QuestionHome@Com Reading these books could teach you alot about girls!!!! How the main character treats the girl is how most girls/women wish a man would treat/talk to them!. I have heard alot of women say that these books showed them how they should be treated and the next man who approaches them in a way not befitting what they deserve are getting turned away!. And these are GROWN women!!! Imagine what young women are thinking!? Boys have alot to live up to since these books came out!. I think it's a good book, but for most people, they only enjoyed it because Edward is apparently 'hawt'!. It's a good book, I guess, but I find the characters to be rather personality-less!.Www@QuestionHome@Com It's perfect!. That's like asking why do people like Romeo and Juliet!.
