Question: My guidance/comfort journal :) Extra ideas!?
Okay, I've got this little book, with a mood on each page, and guidance on how to deal with it next to it!. E!.g- depressed: have a bath, watch a film!. etc etc!. also, there's advice about when things get hard at school, distractions on if i feel like hurting myself, etc!.!.!. Finally I've written lists of my favourite things, songs, things to cheer me up!.
Any other ideas about what to put in it to help me through tough times or for comfort!? Thanks :D

a real comfort thing is to buy your favourite magazine + some chocolate!. (: either that or play a really cute game like Harvest Moon, that always helps me!. ^^Www@QuestionHome@Com

Read in the sun or under a blanket with soft music on!. It relaxes me so well!. I forget what bad things happened and get sucked into the book!. JUST REMEMBER! If it isn't a good book, then it doesn't work!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
