You know what would help!? Realizing the faults in the books!. Such as plot holes and bad writing and flat characters and dumb characters!. I'm not kidding!. I was obsessed with Twilight too, earlier this year, and after I realized the faults in it, I was like, "what was I thinking!?"

You don't have to see as many faults to hate it!. I'm sure you don't want to hate it like I do!. But realizing its faults would be a way to tone it down, I guess!.

Queenie: Twylenol! HAHA! That's funny!Www@QuestionHome@Com

first remove all reminders of twilight from your room and computer, second read a different book
third try not to think about it
fourth go hang out with friends or DO something, maybe get a crush on somebody to make it so you are not crazy about edward!.(yes you can try to get a crush on someone)Www@QuestionHome@Com

Take some Twylenol

I still love it!. Every time I see it in a store or hear someone talking about it!. My husband made up the Twylenol!. He tells me to go take some every once and a while!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

!. !. !.
Read a different book!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

*Hugs* yaay!!!!!!!! dont worry i love twilight too!!!!! XD you'll be okay soon :) you'll get used to it :D i was like that when i first read it and HP too omg XD Www@QuestionHome@Com

There is no help!. I'm in the same situation!. It's just too good!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Just accept it like I have!. Idc about being obsessed, I lvoe my obsessionWww@QuestionHome@Com

It'll take time!.!.!. don't worry you won't be a Twihard forever!. Unless it's physically and mentally disrupting your life (ex!. keeps you from doing schoolwork, keeps you from socializing, keeps you from doing things you want to do), don't worry about it!. If it is doing those things, see a psychologist!.

I'm guessing you're in your teens, and teenagers often connect much deeper to stories than adults or children!. It's more than just "I like it" - you see yourself in the book, part of your identity is Twilight!. It's not just something you like, it's something you ARE, or has helped you decide who you are!.

It's easy for adults to forget what it's like, to have something hit you so hard and so deep!. They think "what's wrong with her!.!.!. it's easy to like something and move on" because that's ALL they have now!. In a way, they're jealous because nothing affects them anymore the way Twilight has affected you!. Deep down, they long to love something enough to obsess about it!.

If it is affecting your entire life, then seek professional help, because that's not healthy or normal!.!.!. but if it's just something you're obsessing about in your free time, then just know that it's!.!.!. well, it's not 'normal' but it's not unhealthy or bad, and it will pass in time!. You can either embrace it or avoid it!.!.!. Embrace it by writing your fanfiction, drawing your fanart, talking to other people who love Twilight as much as you!.!.!. avoid it by purging your life from everything Twilight and getting Harry Potter or Eragon or Traveling Pants, or finding a new craft or hobby to take up during your free time (tutoring, volunteering, school club, scrapbooking)

Best of luck! :) I wish I could go back to obsessing over something, but I'm past that point and am no longer as impressionable as I once was!. Something may come along that affects me as much as my obsession used to affect me, but it will have to be pretty amazingWww@QuestionHome@Com
