Oh, nice! Good choices, I think you'll like them!. Well, maybe that's just because I do!. I haven't read Tenant in years, but I remember really enjoying it!. If you like the other Bronte books, I'm pretty sure you'll be happy with this one!. I liked it better than Wuthering Heights (against which I bear a prejudice, admittedly), and as well as Jane Eyre, which I love entirely, and have read often!.

I first read Les Miserables when I was a teenager, and then again just a couple of years ago!. I really enjoyed it the first time, but I liked it even more this time around!. It's amazingly funny, which is something that most people don't seem to think of when they talk about it!. It requires a huge capacity for the suspension of disbelief, but that just makes it more fun!. It's one of those books that doesn't seem as long as it is, and it's perfect for a good long rainy day curl-up!.

Enjoy your books, your taste is impeccable!Www@QuestionHome@Com

I have to ditto reader!. They are great books!. You will most likely love them!.

It is a shame that Anne Bronte's novels (Agnes Grey was her other work) are not as well known as her sisters' books!. Personally, I thought The Tenant of Wildfell Hall was as good as any of them!. That's saying a lot since I adore Jane Eyre!. Again I'm with reader: though I appreciate Wuthering Heights as a classic and think it was beautifully written, I don't truly like the story!. That being the case, Anne's novels appeal to me more than Emily's one book!.

As far as Les Miserables goes: it's a wonderful story!. It's long but satisfying!.

Enjoy your books!Www@QuestionHome@Com

Les Miserables is great - anything by Victor Huge usually is!. The other one - I don't know, but again, Anne Bronte was no way worse than her other two sisters (Emily and Charlotte) - all three were great to be honest!.

The sad part - WHY in the world did you buy these books!? They both are free on the Internet, legally free (not illegal copies)!. Did you never try WebLiterature!? I am sure you are going to be sad too (to have purchased them) once you check it out - it is my favorite!

I wish people would be aware of these legal books on the Internet - if nothing at least that saves some precious paper for mother Earth (and of course you save the money to buy the book)!. Please keep spreading the message!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

I've never read The Tenant of Wildfell Hall!. (I want to, though!.)

As for Les Mis, it's my favorite book ever!. It's long, but great and actually not that hard!. There were so many moments in the book that brought me close to tears, so many great characters, and, as Reader said, it also had some humor!.

Enjoy both books!
