plot line?

Question: What are some resources I should use to begin a story/plot line!?

OK, I'm going to be making a new roleplay site [because my last one died]!. I want to kind of get a general idea of what the new site will have!. [Cities, races, powers, etc]!.

Does anyone know of a site that offers resources to help plan to begin a story/plot line!?
[I'm extremely disorganized, so any help would be awesome]!.

I went on fictionpress!.com and just read other people's stories to get ideas!. I never took theirs but it helped me think of my own ideas to make!.
