my teacher gave me one: ''the plot of Shakespear's romeo and juliet involves a girl and a boy meeting, falling in love, and then trying to stay together even though their families are enimies''

i need another example to understand what ''plot'' means!.

Plot is the reason why people read books!.
A princess kingdom is vanquished because the enemy need to keep their movements a secret and they were in the way!.
A servant can't triy the sleeper or she will leave and we won't have anyone we can afford to do our work!.
The man was killed to keep his mouth shut or the killer would be discover and send to prison!.
