The Uglies Series by Scott Westerfield- In a utopian society, at a person's 16th birthday, they get an operation that will make them beautiful!. Some people rebel against it, and the government dosent take too kindly to that!.!.!. It's a pretty good series!. It's lost "street cred" in the literary community due to the fact that everyone's reading them, but hey, I'll admit they're pretty good!.

The Artemis Fowl series by Eoin Colfer- If you're thirteen, these will be right up your alley!. It's about a kid genius that discovers a secret society of faeries (not your typical pretty faeries, these are seriously badass) and tries to steal their gold!. It's got plenty of technology that was jaw dropping in it's prime!.!.!. The more recent books have recent technology!.

The Supernaturalist- There's not a summary for this scifi!.
The Wish List- A girl dies in a tragic accident while robbing a guy's house!. Now she's a ghost and has to help the old man fulfill all of his wishes- things he's wanted to do before he dies!.

Enders Game- Orson Scott Card-There's an army of kids being trained for war in space!. This one's very, very cool!. I loved it!.

House of the Scorpion- Nancy Farmer- It won fifteen awards for a reason!. I cant hardly tell you anything without some serious spoilers!. Just read it!.

His Dark Materials- Phillip Pullman- Lyra has lived in Oxford University in an alternate universe her whole life!. When she goes on a trip with a lady that has taken an unusual intrest in her, she discovers secrets that she shouldnt have found!. She got a compass that the lady who took her is not supposed to find because it will tell the truth, answer any question you have!. This series is distinctive because it's just epic!. I'm butchering this summary!. Read them!.

I think you should read Cirque Du Freak!. It is a lot like Maximum Ride!. There were sooooo many surprises, and it was a good book!. It's a series, so it will keep you busy with 11 books!Www@QuestionHome@Com
