Examples of what I'm looking for are: The blond, popular cheerleader The dumb southern redneck The geeky little nerd with glasses Stock characters is what they're called!. And the reason I put this in books in authors is because if anyone understands cliche characters, it's you guys!. No, it's not boys or even her looks that beset her (she need not worry), it's usually philosophical inquires, which make her seem aloof at times, even detached!. At heart she's a romantic, but in mind she's cynical and often times ruthless with her criticism!. She's always on the threshold of complete anguish and the only thing that assuages her is her diary, where all her intimate secrets lie in wait!. She has a smile that melts hearts!. A gaze as deep as the Marianna's Trench!. And a mind that is as strikingly beautiful as it is intimidating!. All i can think of at the moment are: The absent-minded mom who forgets to pick up her kids!. The know-it-all who makes sure everyone knows she's a know-it-all The shopaholic teenager!. The strange teacher who all the students love, but whose actions the adults question!. The obedient, easily pushed-around girl whom evereyone takes advantage of!. Beautiful Bella moves to a boring town and all of the guys fall in love with her right away!. Her only "flaw" is that she is clumsy, but the author even makes that a cute trait!.
