Question: What is a quick biography book read for a US History class!?
One of the grades for my semester involves me reading a biography of a prominent and historical figure in the United States and doing a report!. Can you guys recommend a quick read of a historical figure that won't take too much time!? College course!. Www@QuestionHome@Com

If it can be an autobiography instead of a biography, I would recommend:
-The Autobiography of Benjamin Franklin (short but very interesting)
-The Story of My Life by Helen Keller (also very interesting and short)

It's longer, but you might be interested in Benjamin Rush: Signer of the Declaration of Independence by David Barton!.

***Edit: I would say it's somewhere between Junior/Senior in high school through college!. It's relatively easy to understand and, yet, some of his wit and wisdom (and stories) are a bit deeper than they first appear!. Can you ask your professor about it!? Personally, I think it would be appropriate, but the professor may not!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
