What do you want!? Books for you to read or you want us to give you ideas!? There are lots of ideas!.

You could write a historical novel, maybe there's a person you admire, you could write an alternate history of their story!. Alternate histories are quite popular with readers!. Is there a time period that you want to explore!?

Maybe there's a living person that you respect like an Olympic winner, then you could interview him, their family, friends, and write a biography!.

You could write a mystery!. I know of this one author Sharan Newman, she has a heroine set in the 12th Century and she has her solve mysteries!.

Any book can find an audience if its written well and if you can get the reader into it!. But anyway, I won't give my ideas because that is sheer laziness!. Go out into the world, visit museums, go to parks, watch a movie, talk to people, get a notebook and write down any ideas that you have!. A story will come out of that enventually!.
