Content wise, I think that is good for all ages, but being able to completely comprehend it, I would say about ten, give or take a bit!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

As an avid reader, an personal admirer of The Giver, I would say that ages 11-14 are most suitable because it does talk about bathing elder people, and other topics that a younger age groups would misunderstand!.

To actually appreciate this to the fullest extend, this age group should understand how The Giver relates to modern times or more frightening!.!.!. the future!.

I would reccommend it for all ages, but I would have to say that it would probably fall under the pre-teen to teenage range!. Www@QuestionHome@Com
