I love editing papers...How do I become an editor?

Question: I love editing papers!.!.!.How do I become an editor!?

I was going to become a teacher until I realized the strict schedule would conflict with my mommy duties!. But I LOVE editing papers!. All of my friends email me their college papers to proof read and they get A's!. I was in English honors in high school!. English, editing, and writing!.!.!.I love it!

If you have a B!.A!. in English Literature like I do, then I would suggest applying for a job as an assistant editor of a newspaper or a publishing Company!. They need plenty of people like you and I!.

Personally, I've always wanted to be a "back writer!." You know what I mean!? Those descriptions on the back of books!? I'm so good at writing things like that!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

That is a good start but don't forget that editing for publishing firms is different from newspapers!.

Newspapers are facts!.

To edit for novels, you will have to know what makes for good stories, not just spelling, punctuation and grammar!.

maybe u can apply in (if you live in like australia or something) the sunday morning herald find their number and apply
