Like Francine Pascal had the idea about the Sweet Valley Twins and in many books it says that it was created by Francine but written by someone else!.

so legally who would get the royalties from the sales!?Www@QuestionHome@Com

Best Answer - Chosen by Asker:
you'd have to work that out beforehand

some people write books for a set fee, some for a share of royalties (and sometimes both)Www@QuestionHome@Com

Well, the writer can claim full writes over the work at any time, it's pretty much up to them if they're going to give you anything!. Unless you co-wrote, or beta read, there's not really a way to figure the idea person into it!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

patent, copyright that idea!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Both people get royalties!. Other than this fact, I cannot tell you how process goes!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
