I love to read, and write short stories!.!.here's my advice:
Well, I can take an everyday thing and turn it into a story!.!.!.

BUT, not everyone can do that!.!.!.so!.!.!.
Do what i did! Don't copy my story, but just take everyday things and say "Hmm!.!.!.what if _________ were involved" or "That would be a great idea 4 a story!"!.!.!.

Try to imagine all the possibilities!.!.

Maybe about someone going on a journey!.
I have to write a short-ish story for english about myself going on a 1000 mile journey!. I'm making each paragraph a conflict, and there are six!.

It could be about someone having a problem in their life!.
It could even be about a dog running away from home for a day and seeing the world if you didn't want to use a person!.

so theres this ship right and on the ship are 42 people and 16 rabbits!.!. then pirates board the ship and kill all the people!.!.but then the rabbits steal the pirates ship and hold it for ransom then the pirates destroy the worlds carrot supply but the rabbits call in some backup from jupiter and the world ens up being destroyed by a walrus that created a weapon out of clamsWww@QuestionHome@Com

i love to write short stories! its like a hobby to me!
here's some good ideas:
1) write about a girl who tries to impress a guy but can't because she's such a tomboy
2) try writing a "forbidden love" type animal love story
3) you might even want to do a fairy tale or fantasy

mine was about how the bee got its stinger!. The big bad bear wouldnt stop leaving the bees alone so the bees went to mother nature!. Mother nature gave them a stinger but with a price to pay, whe the stinger was gone the bee would die!. I did very well with my project i can remember the exact mark but it was in the high 90's!. feel free to copy my story completley or change it in any way you want!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
