Question: Is it OK to spend every weekend in bed reading!?

I've been doing that since I was a kid!. I don't recommend reading while lying down on the bed but if you're reading while in an upright position, say, sitting up, then it's fine as long as the lighting is good!. You so do not want to get poor eyesight, trust me on that!. I totally regret reading while I was lying on the bed!.
Reading every weekend is okay, infact, it's good for your brain!. It spreads your horizons, so to speak!. I always do that, even on weekdays, but then, I'm a bookworm so that's kind of expected!.

Actually this may not be as good as it sounds!. Your muscles will deterirate if you do not use them and also there is a good chance that you will gain weight and get bed sores!. If you love reading, why not set up a comfy chair where you can go for an hour or so every day, or take a book down to the park!. You'll feel heaps better if you get out and about a bit more, truly !.!.!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Heck yea, but if you want to spice it up a little, go to like Barnes and Noble, grab coffee, hot chocolate or a frap and read there!. I do that on my off days at night!. I go and get a frap and write for hours!. If I do happen to go out clubbing, I don't drink much because I can't wait to get home and get in my bed and read!.!.!.I'm in my 20's and pretty popular too so it's not lame, although my friends don't understand it!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Every once in a while I do that, but its good to spend time with friends and such!. During the week I have no time to read due to homework, and it's very annoying!. So sometimes I just take a while weekend off and veg out in my bed with a good book and some snackage!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
