I read this book years ago in high school!. I believe there was a series of them!. There is a young girl who somehow gets transferred back to the same location only either in the 1800's or the 1900's!. She's dressed differently and has to adjust!. There's a family living in this mansion type house which I think is right on the water (either a lake or the sea)!. She falls in love with this guy!. She never knows when she'll get taken back to her time or when she'll get transferred back to this time!. I want to say this guy might be engaged or something!. They might go to NYC once or twice!. I think there's a sick girl (possibly this fiance) who is at some lodge to cure her, where there's lots of snow!. Like I said, it was years ago, but I still remember it and I'd love to re-read it!.
