It would be your second phonetic pronunciation!. It WOULD be "twi" as in "Twin" had the word ended with just the letter "L" or if the word "Twilight" included a double "L"!. For example as in the word "Twine", the letter "I" is pronounced as the word "eye"!. Had the word "Twine" ended with just the letter "N", that would have changed the pronunciation of the word!.
