Question: Does anyone know who Argeth Behemon is!?

A few of my friends have referred to a character with that name!. I don't know if I have the spelling right!. I can't seem to find any references online!. Apparently I remind them of this character!. I would rather impress them with obscure knowledge than ask them what they are talking about!. :)Www@QuestionHome@Com

Yes, I think I know that! That is a reference I haven't heard in a long time!

He is a character in some old kid's story!. I don't know the name of it, and I think his name is spelled a little differently, something like Aragath Bohannon - but I can't find any online references either!. I only remember the name because I can remember the character and the story scaring the wits out of me as a kid!.

It has been around 25 years since I heard the story, but it's something like this:
Bohammon is a quiet recluse who lives in a broken down home!. These kids keep going to the house to watch him through the window for some reason I don't remember!. They find that he has been hoarding lots of magazines and books and looks like he is building something!. In the end it turns out that he is building robot versions of the kids, who he is planning to eat!.

I probably have at least some of that wrong, and I know there is a lot I'm not remembering!. I think there is more to the ending!.
