In Cold Blood by Truman Capote should surely be considered the best, also Helter Skelter by Vince Bugliosi, Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil by John Berendt, Catch me if you Can, by Frank Abegnale, Wise Guy by Nicholas Pileggi, the Black Dahlia by Frank Ellroy !.!.!. the book about serial killer Richard Speck (think it's Born to Raise Hell), The Executioner's Song by Norman MailerWww@QuestionHome@Com

There are so many books that it is very difficult to give you name of a few!.
