Did anyone else think the Inheritance Cycle (Eragon) was supposed to be a trilog

Question: Did anyone else think the Inheritance Cycle (Eragon) was supposed to be a trilogy!?

I'm not sure why I thought this, but I was a bit disappointed when I realized Brisingr wasn't going to finish out the series!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

It used to be a trilogy, but several months ago Paolini changed his mind!. Apparently Brisingr was too long to contain in one book!.

If you want the truth, I can see how that would be dissapointing, but for me it wouldn't!. There's just something about the suspense of waiting for a book, you know!?

The publisher originally stated that it was to be a trilogy, but after that horrible movie, and pathetic second book killed off half the fan base they figured they needed to milk out sales by splitting the third book!.
