I have a lot of good stories and they are really good!. I want really top publishers like the ones that JK Rowling used, not those small ones!. Any ideas!? And how many times should it take me to get one that accepts me!?Www@QuestionHome@Com

I just recently got my first novel published (for real!) and it's only taken me 25 years!. I have been writing almost as soon as I could hold a pencil in my hand!. When you are an unknown it takes a long, long time!. You will need to start off small and you will probably get rejected many, many, many times!. I am not saying this to discourage you !.!. just telling the truth!. Do not let rejection dissuade you, keep on writing!! Get books like The Writer's Market!. It will help you!. first of all, very few publishers accept short stories!. Second, they only accept work presented by an agent, and third, the publishing business accepts less than 1/2 a percent of ALL manuscripts sent to them!. Your best bet is to publish them online somewhere, and have readers give you feedback!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
