Question: Why do so many people come to Forks, WA, to celebrate "Twilight!?"!?
I live near Forks, Washington, and all year long there have been thousands of people coming through town in celebration of the book series, "Twilight!." I have never read any of the books and don't give a rat's *** about them, but I do know that Forks is a FICTIONAL town in the books, NOT REAL!!! So what do you all expect to find here when you arrive!?!? (And those of you who have already been here: What did you gain from it!?!!? Was it really worth the trip!? After all, Forks is about as far from anywhere as it could be!!)Www@QuestionHome@Com

Probably because they are so into the books that they like to believe that Forks is exactly like it is described in the books!. also, the book is being made into a movie so some hope to see the actors filming!. Others just have enough time and money to waste on such wish-fulfilling visits to Forks!. So pretty much their obsession makes them act like this!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
That's interesting!. I like Twilight but I wouldn't go to Forks Washington in the middle of nowhere just because it is where the story takes place!. I mean what is there to do there, there are no sights!. It's not like--- This is Edward Cullens house, Bella walked here!. You could have a celebration of Twilight anywhere!. Www@QuestionHome@Com

I dunno!. I had to go through Forks (Fellow Washingtonian) to get to a friends graduation party over the summer and there were these girls asking me to take pictures of them standing places!. I took out their camera chip and tossed it in the street!. =DWww@QuestionHome@Com
