Question: Twilight: I'm really peeved off!!?

Why on earth would some one go into a question about twilight and say 'OH MY GOD TWILIGHT SUCKED!' when all the person is asking for is a little help!? We know you probably just wanted the two points, but honestly, the poor person just wants help!
And also, some people do actually like twilight! I mean, some times when people ask a question and says 'What's your favourite book!?' and people say twilight, all they get are thumbs down, but, why I don't get it! Yeah you may be annoyed with the 'twilight mania' but the poor person is only answering the question!
Ok!. I'm finished with my rant!. Answer any of the above questions, and be forewarned, I'm not giving best answer to someone who tells me to shut up!.

I've never actually read Twilight, but a girl in my Photography class said it was pretty good!.

I heard there's already 4 books out in the series, and I've seen one of them, Breaking Dawn, at the grocery store, so I'll have to check it out!.

I totally understand you!. Some people just hate Twilight to hate it, or to be "in" with their friends, and some people just love it to love it, or to be "in" with their friends!. If their so emotionally attached,they should see a therapist!. And if they need to love or hate a certain book to be cool, they need new friends!. Though I completely agree that Twilight is the best book in the entire world and I hate it when people go around saying that it sucked and being completely rude or exaggerated about it what I have realized is that regardless of how I feel about it, I cannot stop anyone else from voicing their opinions!.

Yes, you can be annoyed and angry with these people for saying things such as these, but in all honesty, do you really believe that you can stop them!?

I think your best bet is to ignore it when people do this because even though you want them to stop I highly doubt that they are going to stop because you said you were angry with them!. Some people actually find that amusing!.

Now, I think that whomever is giving people a thumbs down for simply stating what their favorite book is wrong and needs to stop, but that doesn't mean that they are going to listen to anything that I say!.

The people who do that think that, by acting like a royal jerk and harassing people like that, they'll have some 'positive effect' and put an end to the Twilight mania!. What they fail to realize is that, for most people, Breaking Dawn did that in one fell swoop!. With that crash and burn of a 'book', most people who once loved Twilight (myself included) just stopped caring!.

I agree that people shouldn't do that!. At all!. People should never be harassed or torn down for their opinions, especially when it comes to reading!. So few kids read these days, and to see so many of them get excited and actually STRIVE to read is something we should encourage, no matter what our opinions on the books are!. I recommend Twilight to everyone i know, even though i hate the fourth book!. I think that if you have a bad opinion on a book, keep it to yourself or save it for a chat room!. Don't go yelling at people because their opinion differs from yours!. Just because it's different, doesn't make it wrong!. (careful, sarcasm coming up) God forbid anyone actually have an opinion! People can say that they thought it sucked, that's their prerogative, but you're right about commenting on a twilight question with this thought is just unhelpful!.

I don't think that a lot of these people have even read the book!. I'm an English teacher and so read and teach a variety of different novels and I thought it was pretty good!. I lent it to a girl in one of my classes and within a month every single girl in the class had finished it!. It's not a small novel and they are only in year 8!.
