Not knowing just what your character will be doing in the story, I will go with a small SUV that is similar to the type tricked out on the TV show Unique Whips, to give her the sense of "girlie" and "stylish"!. The suv then will be big enough for any "items" she might need like a gun, emergency equipment, computer, maybe a small trail type motor cycle in the back and rugged enough in case she has to go off road to catch a bad guy or run from the bad guys!. Oh - be careful when picking a car for your character!. It can say a lot!. You kind of have to look at her world, such as finances!. Are her parents wealthy!? If not - then it wouldn't make sense if she's driving around in a brand new Jaguar!. If her family is middle-class, what I could envision is a used car, maybe a Jetta, that she makes girly and stylish!. Or maybe she's driving her parents car: a minivan!. Or worse the ancient station wagon that no one has driven in years!. So she tries to make it girly and stylish!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

To the people who suggested a pink Porsche: no!. I sold cars in LA for three years and the dealership chain I worked for sold VW, Audi, Porsche, Lexus, Toyota!.!.!. never ONCE did a teengaed girl get a Porsche, even if her parents were millionaires!. I had a girl whose dad was a diamond dealer who made 10mil/month come in and he got her a base model, no-options grey Jetta!.

Most teenaged girls don't even want one!.!.!. a Porsche is a macho car, they're more interested in "pretty" or "cute" cars and given the choice would take a Mercedes SL500 or something like that if they were gonna get a sports car!. There are few parents dumb enough to drop 60-200k on a purebred performance car that their daughter will most likely kill herself in because she's never driven before!. It was pretty big news!.!.!. an 18 year old stole her dad's black Porsche 911 Twin Turbo a couple years back because she was being "cool" and "rebellious" in Orange County, and rammed it into a toll booth at 100mph, killing herself!. The pics got all over the internet!.

I sold her dad that car :/

also, pink cars in general!.!.!. it costs about $5-10k to get a new car painted pink (I had a few people get it done to Beetle Convertibles), so if it was custom painted she would probably be wealthy!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

It depends what kind of personality she has!. You can give her a flashy car like a porshe or a camaro for a tomboy type, but if she's a little bit geeky or quiet something like a bug or a prius might be more in order, especilayy if she's eco-minded or techie!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
