Question: What are some interesting people to read about!?
I have conquered about all of the non fiction section in my library and need more ideas on interesting people (from newscasters to historical figures of any kind) to read about for fun!. Last bio I read was on Howard Hughes, before that was Mike Wallace!. So, you get the idea!. It has to be non fiction and about a person and interesting (Anderson Coopers book was actually the best I have read)!. It can be by that person or about them!. I'm just out of ideas!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Studs Terkel has a series of fascinating oral histories in which he picks a topic and then interviews a quantity of people, both famous and unknown, about their views on, and relationship to, it!. He's very good at drawing people out and has no agenda of his own, beyond the subjects which he chooses!. His titles include; The Good War, Hard Times, Working, and Race, among others!.
