I tolerate them!. They're interesting to read, but in terms of literary prowess, Meyer is extraordinarily amateur!. The plot of each book can typically be well covered in two or three pages, and the fact that we're forced to see things from the point of view of a selfish, whiny little child really takes away from the story!. And I'm sorry to say that Edward is completely unrealistic before you even consider the whole "fangs" thing!. Guys aren't like that; they can be on occasion, but certainly not consistently!. At any rate, holding a person's attention for 500 pages without any actual plot is pretty amazing, so I will commend Meyer for that!. I don't hate the books, but I wouldn't be caught undead gushing about them!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Anyways, Twilight is a piece of garbage!. It's a cheap imitation of what a novel should be and what a novel is meant to do!. Twilight is redundant, unoriginal, poorly written, full of purple prose, and chock full of terrible messages!. It has no symbolism, no depth, no meaning, and no theme!. It has no plot outside of, "Girl loves boy!. Boys loves girl!. Boy saves girl!. The end"!. The characters are flat, two-dimensional, pieces of cardboard who are undeveloped and/or unrealistic!.

Twilight, frankly, is a waste of paper!.

Edward is an abusive stalker who would be in jail if he actually existed!. He consistently limits his girlfriend (wife), shows signs of emotional abuse, thinks he has the right to control what his girlfriend does, breaks into people's houses, has no respect for other people's property, and cares nothing for anyone other than Bella!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Second of all, I know quite a few people who dislike the Twilight series!. Myself!? I think they're nuts!. I love Stephenie Meyer!. She is a genius!.
