I want to reques a flag from my congressman, but in the instructions is says to write my check or money order payable to The Keeper of the Stationary!. My question is do I just write that on the check or do I have to write them name of that person!?Www@QuestionHome@Com

Just write it out to "The Keeper of the Stationery!." Check your spelling!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
