Question: Breaking Dawn sex and birth scene!?
hi, i was wondering if anybody could give me a link to the chapters of the sex scene or scenes, and the birth scene!.

I was wondering this because my daughter wants to read the book breaking dawn, but i am not sure if it is too explicit for her to bear!.!.!.
shes 11

so i was wondering instead of buying the whole book, i need to read those scenes first, to make sure everything is appropiate!.

Thank you!Www@QuestionHome@Com

I'm 25 and have read the book, There really is no sex scene per say but the story does imply that they have sex!. First just to let you know Bella and Edward wait until after they are married to have sex!. The scene does not go into a play by play during the actual sex but goes up to a point of them kissing and holding each other and cuts off obviously the reader know what happened next!. The it starts again on a new chapter where they wake in the morning but the author does not describe any body parts or she doesn't use any crude language!. I have to give Stephanie Meyer much credit because she wrote the scene very tastefully!. As far as the birthing part it is told through jacobs eyes and is pretty much bloody that's probably the worst part about it!.Bella is given a Cesarean by Edward to save the baby and Bella's life!. Just make sure your daughter knows that this is a story that is not true and the birth scene is not how it is in real life!. I hope I was able to help!. I do encourage you to read the book yourself so if your daughter has any questions you can help correct any misconceptions she may get from the book !.

If you do not wish to buy it then see if your local library carries it or ask to borrow it from a friend who has a older daughter who may own it!.!.!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

They don't post those on the internet!.
But I have the book out right now, and I will just tell you, the sex chapter starts on chapter five, page 75!. It ends about chapter 7, which is on page 118!.
All you have to do, is give your daughter a pep talk!. Tell her no having sex until AFTER she is married, and understands everything!. If you trust your daughter, let her read it!. I am 13 and I read it!.

Well there isn't really a sex scene!.!.!. it's just like "Edward grabbed my hand and pulled me to the deeper water"
Then it's morning!. Not graphic!.

The birth scene, on the other hand, is pretty graphic!. Parental discretion advised!. !. !. I'm sure you're 11 year old can handle it!. My sister is 11 and read it and she was fine!.

Go to your local bookstore or library and look for the sections!. It's a great book, I think you should let your daughter read it!. :)Www@QuestionHome@Com

they dont say anything about them doing that all they say is things to give you the CONCLUSION that they did that but they dont give details at all belive me my mom and dad are STRICK about that kinda thing and she let me read it so !. !. !.
i would wait untill she is 12 or 13 but you are the parent im just a 14 yr old girl but it is your chioce but Stephenie is very good about not making it detailed bacause it is so popular and many childeren will want to read it so if they are to young to GET THE HINT then it is ok but like i said it is your opinion just do what you think is right for YOUR child!!
~hope i helped~

i don't know any where you can get that, just go to the bookstore and skim to those parts before you buy it!. i do think she is maybe too young but i guess it depends on how mature your 11yr old is!.

its not that explicit but it does talk about them having sex, the birth scene is not bad!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Sorry but what you want is illegal!. Only Stephenie Meyer can authorise you to have that information!. The book is under copyright!. I suggest you check a book store and see what you think!.

If you want a librarian's opinion, I would not allow it to anyone under 13!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
