now that is a very hard question i love all of the roald dahl books and all of the enid blyton books!.

Jings, Enid Blyton was my main reading whilst I was growing up!. I had never been introduced to Roald Dahl books and have found out now, at age forty five, that I have missed a great selection of stories!! I still take a couple of Enid Blyton books in my suitcase when I go on holiday!. They are comforting and really easy reading!.!.!. Www@QuestionHome@Com

Enid Blyton!. The Valley of Adventure was my favorite childhood book!.

I really didn't read much Dahl as a child - only Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, and I didn't read that until I was a teen!. I have a book of his stories, like some of them!. But they're adult stories, not for kids!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Oh Roald Dahl wins hands down, he was absolutely amazing! When i was very young i joined his fan club and they sent me things every week!.!.!. one time they even sent me snozzcumber seeds :)
He was quality!.
