No, actually, it is Rennervate!. ;) In the original copies it was Ennervate, but the Latin was wrong so Jo fixed it up sometime around PoA or GoF!.

As for how long it takes to wear off, it is dependent on the magical strength of the caster, I think, since multiple stunners makes it more serious and last longer!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
