Witches and Wizards can do magic! Why on earth do you think they would want to do anything to their minds to alter them!. It might stop their abilities!. They are very intelligent people and most of them have more sense than to take drugs!.
The rest of us mortals are not as smart and some of us lack skills that make us powerful and so we turn to chemical excuses for life!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
