The main character is a girl who's from a rich family and she goes onto a boat (or gets kidnapped onto the boat I don't remember) and eventually works on that boat with all the men and in the end she has the choice to go back home to her rich family, but chooses to go back to the boat!.
Something like that, sorry it's pretty vague I read it a long time ago and can't remember the title!.
