A protagonist is the main character in a story and an antagonist is someone who has a conflict with the protagonist!. What do you call someone who helps or is friends with the main character!?Www@QuestionHome@Com

Secondary characters!. They may play different roles, though, such as mentor or chorus (conscience)!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
