Twilight is a travesty to literature, and its popularity shows just how far gone our society is when it comes to books and how we prefer instant gratification over something worthwhile!. Of all books to be popular, people choose the one that has no message, no themes, no symbolism, and no depth!. They choose the book that doesn't make you think at all, and has a sixth grade reading level, because it's easier than reading something of value (aka classics, at least in my opinion)!. HP was even more popular, but at least HP has depth, symbolism, and themes! I agree that the rabid fangirls are insanely annoying!. And I HATE the Jonas Brothers!.
